「DBS信用卡 x Price.com.hk消費獎賞」的條款及細則

  1. 「DBS信用卡 x Price.com.hk一扣即享優惠」(「推廣」) 只適用於持有由星展銀行(香港)有限公司 (「本行」) 發出的DBS信用卡、其聯營卡及DBS COMPASS VISA (不包括貴賓卡及商務卡) (「適用信用卡」) 的持卡人(「持卡人」) 。
  2. 「推廣期」由2021年1月13日至2021年2月28日 ,首尾兩天包括在內。
  3. 持卡人以適用信用卡於推廣期內透過Price.com.hk(Price)網頁(https://www.price.com.hk/)或其手機應用程式( Price平台 )以港元進行交易(「合資格交易」),可享以下優惠 (「優惠」):
    1. 「優惠一」:推廣期內於Price平台以優惠價購買指定產品,指定產品數量有限,先到先得,售完即止。每位持卡人於每單合資格交易每次最多可買一件,如發現持卡人以其他非正式/非合法途徑影響每人限買一件的原則,Price將有權取消相關訂單而不作另行通知。若指定產品售罄,將於Price平台公佈;
    2. 「優惠二」:於Price平台單一消費滿HK$700 或以上,即享HK$100「一扣即享」折扣。持卡人可於該賬單成功誌賬並顯示於DBS Card+ HK的Timeline後,憑顯示於該賬單上的紅色「一扣即享」按鈕直接扣減該賬單HK$100。「一扣即享」優惠不適用於附屬卡持卡人。
  4. 每個DBS Card+ HK用戶於整個推廣期內可享優惠二2次 。優惠二設名額1,200個,先到先得,額滿即止,並以點擊「一扣即享」按鈕以享用優惠的時間為準。若優惠二名額已滿,將於本行網頁公佈。
  5. 如欲享優惠二,主要持卡人必需於進行合資格交易前已安裝DBS Card帳戶,並於DBS Card+ HK 的選項目錄內選擇「更多」 > 推送通知 > 選擇開啟「一扣即享」獎賞通知以參與本推廣。持卡人必須於2021年3月14日或之前享用該優惠,否則將被視作自行放棄該優惠。
  6. 為免產生疑問,以下類別的交易將不適用於計算「合資格交易」:
    1. 所有涉及被取消、正在進行索償、退貨及/或退款等之交易;
    2. 所有自動轉賬、或未誌賬的交易、或其他不時由本行指定的方法進行的任何繳費交易;
    3. 以電子錢包付款的簽賬 (包括但不限於Apple Pay、Google Pay、Payme、AlipayHK及WeChat Pay)、電子錢包增值及八達通自動增值服務交易;
    4. 本行不時決定之任何其他交易類別。
  7. 除特別註明外,優惠不可與其他推廣折扣或優惠、現金券或會員優惠同時使用。
  8. 本推廣的一扣即享優惠不能與本行其他一扣即享推廣的優惠同時享用。如持卡人的合資格交易已於其他一扣即享推廣中獲享優惠,則不可從本推廣再獲享獎賞。如有任何爭議,本行保留最終決定權。
  9. 優惠只適用於在有關推廣期至給予優惠及/或現金回贈期間,適用信用卡戶口信用狀況良好、仍然有效及無欠繳 (概由本行全權酌情決定) 之持卡人。本行可全權酌情決定持卡人是否合資格享有優惠。
  10. 持卡人獲得優惠的資格,將由本行按其交易紀錄全權酌情決定。如持卡人的交易紀錄與本行的紀錄不符,本行的紀錄將為決定性並對持卡人具有約束力。
  11. 持卡人必須保留任何簽賬的簽賬存根正本。如有爭議,本行保留權利要求持卡人提供有關簽賬存根正本、其他文件或證據以作核實。已遞交的簽賬存根、文件及/或證據將不獲發還。如就任何簽賬,本行的紀錄與持卡人的紀錄不符,概以本行的紀錄為準。
  12. 持卡人不得濫用本優惠/違反本優惠的規定,否則本行將在不作通知下從持卡人的戶口扣除優惠的價值及/或採取行動以追討有關金額。
  13. 本行及Price可以修改本條款及細則及/或更改或終止本推廣。本行及Price的決定為最終決定。
  14. 如中、英文版本有任何不一致之處,概以英文版本為準。

“DBS Credit Card x Price.com.hk Promotion Offer” Terms and Conditions

  1. DBS Credit Card x Price.com.hk Promotion Offer (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards, its Co-branded Cards and DBS COMPASS VISA (excluding Private Label Cards and Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”).
  2. The ""Promotion Period"" runs from 13 January 2021 to 28 February 2021, both dates inclusive.
  3. Cardholders conducting transactions at Price.com.hk (“Price”) website (https://www.price.com.hk/)and its mobile application (“Price’s platform”) in Hong Kong dollar with Applicable Credit Cards during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transactions”) shall be entitled to the following offers (“Offer”):
    1. 「Offer 1: During Promotion Period, Cardholders can enjoy discounted prices on designated products at Price’s platform. Designated products are limited and are on first-come-first serve basis, while stock lasts. Each Cardholder can purchase at most one of it per Eligible Transactions. If it is found that a Cardholder has used any informal/ illegal channels to affect the principle, Price will have the right to cancel the order without further notice. Announcements will be shown on Price’s platform if designated products are out of stock;
    2. Offer 2: Enjoy HK$100 InstaRedeem discount upon HK$700 spending at single merchant on Price’s platform. Cardholders can be entitled a HK$100 deduction from the payable amount for that transaction through the Red ""InstaRedeem"" button revealed on that transaction after the transaction is posted and displayed in Timeline of DBS Card+ HK; This InstaRedeem offer is not applicable to supplementary card cardholders.
  4. Each DBS Card+ HK account is entitled to redeem Offer 2 twice during the entire Promotion Period. Offer 2 is limited to 1,200 transactions and will be served in first come first served basis according to the time record of pressing the InstaRedeem icon for enjoying the Offer. Quota full message will be shown on the Bank website if quota of Offer 2 is full.
  5. To be eligible to enjoy the Offer 2, Principal Cardholders are required to install the DBS Card+ HK mobile application and completely register an DBS Card+ HK account, and turn on the notification in DBS Card+ HK “More” > Push Notification > “InstaRedeem” before conducting any Eligible Transactions for participating in the Promotion. Principal Cardholders must enjoy the offer by 14 March 2021; otherwise, it will be considered as giving up the offer on its own.
  6. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions are not applicable for the calculation of Eligible Transactions:
    1. Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund,
    2. Any autopay, unposted transactions, bill payment transactions or any other means as specified by the Bank from time to time;
    3. Payment via eWallet (include but not limited to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Payme, AlipayHK and WeChat Pay), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service;
    4. Any other type of transaction as determined by the Bank from time to time.
  7. Unless specified, Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, coupons or membership offers.
  8. The InstaRedeem Offer of this Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with the offer of other InstaRedeem promotions of the Bank. If Cardholder's Eligible Transaction has already been rewarded in other InstaRedeem promotion, he/she can no longer receive the Offer from this Promotion. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
  9. The Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer and/or cash rebate is issued. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
  10. The Offer entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the record held by Cardholders and that held by the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive and binding on the Cardholders.
  11. Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.
  12. Participation in the Offer is subject to there being no abuse/non compliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
  13. The Bank and Price may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank and Price’s decision are final.
  14. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
