「Citi信用卡Price.com.hk網購優惠」條款及細則

  1. 推廣期由2023年6月1日早上11時至2023年7月31日晚上11時59分止（包括首尾兩日）（「推廣期」）。
  2. 推廣只適用於Price.com.hk網站或手機應用程式（統稱「Price.com.hk」）。
  3. 除特別註明外，優惠只適用於花旗銀行(香港)有限公司(「花旗銀行」) 所發行之Citi信用卡(「認可信用卡」) (Citi Rewards銀聯信用卡除外) (「客戶」)。當簽賬系統不能處理個別信用卡類別時，Price.com.hk Limited（「商戶」）。可能不接受有關認可信用卡，詳情請向商戶查詢。
  4. 客戶於推廣期內於Price.com.hk憑認可信用卡作單一商戶淨額簽賬(定義見條款5)滿HK$500或以上並於付款頁面成功輸入指定優惠碼（「優惠碼」），可享HK$50即時折扣優惠。
  5. 「單一商戶淨額簽賬」只適用於扣除所有折扣、減價金額、現金回贈及禮券金額後於同一商戶之單一簽賬。其他簽賬包括(但不限於)支付運費、購買購物禮券、透過八達通卡、PayPal、Payme、WeChat Pay、支付寶HK作出之交易及所有未誌賬/取消/退款/僞造/未經許可之簽賬均不適用於此優惠。
  6. 於推廣期內，每位客戶每曆月可使用優惠碼1次，但受制於每曆月500個優惠碼限額，（每月名額將於每月1日早上11:00更新）先用先享，額滿即止。若優惠名額已滿，將於Price.com.hk公佈。
  7. 花旗銀行將會根據儲存於花旗銀行之紀錄，以決定客戶是否合資格參加此推廣優惠或核實簽賬是否為認可簽賬。
  8. 如有任何舞弊/欺詐成分或取消用作計算回贈之有關交易，花旗銀行有權從有關認可信用卡賬戶內扣取相關回贈之價值而無須另行通知。
  9. 客戶之賬戶必須於推廣期內保持有效及信用狀況良好，花旗銀行保留取消回贈之權利而無須另行通知。
  10. 客戶必須保留所有簽賬存根正本及/或其他文件。如有任何爭議，花旗銀行保留要求客戶提供有關單一淨額簽賬存根正本及其他文件或證據的權利，以作核實。所提供之有關簽賬存根正本及其他文件或證據將不獲退回。
  11. 除特別註明外，優惠不適用於支付運費、不可與其他優惠、商戶之其他優惠碼折扣、或優惠券同時使用、不可轉讓予其他人、不可兌換現金或換取其他優惠。
  12. 優惠須受貨品或服務供應、賬戶審查及批核、依花旗銀行及商戶之最終決定權而定。圖片、產品資料及價錢只供參考。
  13. 花旗銀行不負責一切有關貨品或服務之事宜。任何有關貨品或服務之責任，一概由商戶負責。詳情請向商戶查詢。
  14. 花旗銀行及商戶保留隨時修改此條款及細則之權利而毋須另行通知。
  15. 如有任何爭議，花旗銀行及商戶保留最終決定權。
  16. 如中英文條款有所差異，一概以英文版本為準。

Terms and Conditions for "Citi Credit Card Online Shopping Privileges at Price.com.hk”

  1. The promotion period is from 11:00am on June 1, 2023 to 11:59pm on July 31, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The promotion is only applicable to Price.com.hk website (www.Price.com.hk), Mobile Website and Mobile Application (collectively, “Price.com.hk”)
  3. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card). Price.com.hk.com Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card types, please contact the Merchant for details.
  4. Cardholders can enjoy HK$50 instant discount upon making a Single Merchant Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 5) of HK$500 or above at Price.com.hk with Eligible Cards and must successfully enter the designated promotion code (“Promo Code”) at the checkout page during the Promotion Period.
  5. A "Single Merchant Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction with a single merchant after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions, cash rebate and value of gift vouchers. Other transactions, including but not limited to payment of shipping fees, purchase of e-Gift Vouchers, transactions made through Octopus, PayPal, PayMe, WeChat Pay, AlipayHK, or unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions, are excluded.
  6. Each Cardholders can use the Promo Code once only per calendar month during the Promotion Period, subject to a quota of 500 Promo Codes per calendar month (which will be updated at 11:00am on 1st of each calendar month) on a first-come-first served basis while the quota lasts. Quota full message will be shown on Price.com.hk if the quota is full.
  7. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion, as well as the eligibility of the transactions based on Citibank's records.
  8. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the rebates were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder's Eligible Card account the equivalent amount of the rebates without prior notice.
  9. Cardholders' Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to receive the rebates, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the rebates without prior notice.
  10. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and/or other documents in respect of the transaction for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
  11. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used to settle delivery fee, cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
  12. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
  13. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. Price.com.hk is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. Please contact the Merchant for details.
  14. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  15. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
  16. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
