Exchange arrangement

Unless otherwise specified, no returns or exchanges of goods will be accepted. Please read the return or exchange policy stipulated by the supplier carefully before ordering.

According to the return or exchange policy of individual suppliers, if the goods you ordered are faulty, defective, or damaged (through no fault of yours), or the goods are not what you ordered, or the quantity delivered is incorrect, refunds or exchange request may be made within 7 days after the delivery date.  Request for return or exchange within (7) days, provided that:

(1) Return or exchange policy applies;

(3) The packaging of the goods must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you; and

(4) Requests for return or exchange should be sent to our customer service department (cs@price.com.hk) via email (including transaction number, the reason for return or exchange, and product photo/video details) and we will contact the supplier regarding the information provided.

Customers need to agree and accept that whether the merchant accepts product replacement is subject to stock availability.

Customers also need to agree and accept that whether goods are accepted for return or exchange is at Price’s sole discretion. Under no circumstances will we accept returns directly to us or be responsible for any damage you incur for any reason.

If the supplier fails to provide product replacement, after the customer service department confirms the refund arrangement (“Confirmation Date”), the refund arrangements are as follows:

(1) If the transaction is paid by credit card or Apple Pay or Google Pay, the relevant funds will be refunded to the credit card account where the transaction was made within 4 to 8 weeks from the confirmation date. Please pay attention to the monthly statement of your credit card.

(2) If the transaction is paid with Paypal, WeChat Pay, AlipayHK, Payme or Octopus, the relevant funds will be returned to the payment account used for the transaction within 7-14 working days from the confirmation date.

(3) If the transaction is paid using the “Hang Seng Mobile App”, the relevant funds will be refunded to the bank account where the transaction was performed within 21 working days from the confirmation date.

We will not charge our customer any handling fee for refunding the relevant funds in any of the above forms. However, if the product that requires a refund was purchased with a discount, the refund amount will be adjusted proportionally.

When you place an order, it means that you purchase the goods from Price.com.hk or the supplier at the specified price of the goods. Once you submit an order, you may not cancel the order or request a refund.
